Post 758 Wins Third Straight County Legion Baseball Championship, District 6 Next?

POST 758–Broome County American Legion Baseball Champions for the THIRD Consecutive Season!!! Good Job to all of our players and our coach, Jim “Doc” Muska.

Our Post came up a couple runs short in a classic battle in the District 6 winner’s bracket. The Press-Sun Bulletin has the details:

 Our team was eliminated from the loser’s bracket.  Coach Muska resigned on Friday, August 3.  Interim coach Cliff Stewart took over.  The news is here :

Welcome to Post 758’s Blog

This is our attempt to keep our Legion Family members and those interested in what happens at our Post informed.  You’ll find categories for a lot of the things we do at our Post, and it puts it all in a nice little package.  From time to time, we’ll also upload snapshots of activities at the Post, links to articles you might find useful, and mostly up-to-the-minute information on activities, membership, and upcoming events.  We’ll also have information on how your non-commercial, non-profit organization can rent Post 758 facilities, and links for the all the websites for the Legion family (Legionnaires, Auxiliary Members and Sons of the American Legion), and our media friends who cover events at Post 758.  This, like all blogs, is a work in progress, and is maintained by 2nd Vice Commander Paul Kaminski (who is the PR Chair and media relations contact for the Post).
